hmmm, recently registered at live journal because i've seen so many BEAUTIFUL blog pages there... but once i got in, it was kind of hard to know how to navigate to build your own page. O-O-H W-E-L-L... back to my blogger. ;)

last few weeks, i've been wrestling with a lot of wedding issues... mostly... with God. :) hee hee. well... it's *ALMOST* as if God said...

"Chele, your plans and Mine are incompatible at this point. and I don't change. So you better get with the program."

hee hee hee. He didn't sound that resolute. but He was pretty stern. I mean... you kinda know when God means business when He asks you to give your life to Him, again. :)

anywho... so... after a *little* wrestling, i gave my plans back to Him, and found out recently what His plans are...

wow... has it been 4 months since my last post?! my sincere apologies...

recent thoughts...

we often think of ministry as "building" things... building people, building ministries... but what if God wants us to help with the "Re-Building"...

What if.... in order for the new things to be built... the old things have to torn down first?

how would we feel if our job is to let God "demolish" the un-Godly stuff, so God can prepare His Bride to be ready and mature?

what if we were just asked to stay out of His way...

But will that look to others as if i've failed? What will other's think of me? What about the ministry that *I* have tried so hard to build?!

die, pride, die.

... it just doesn't feel very good to my flesh at the moment. I guess dying is never pleasant...

Father, please hasten the "reconstruction" time... that the flesh will die quickly... that the enemy's strongholds will be struct down and burned away... so that You may have the pure and perfect Bride.

Hi everyone, I'm back. :) Sorry for just disappearing like that.

transitioning... AGAIN. Off with the training wheels, and FULL FORCE AHEAD! ;) Wondering if i will be able to continue walking forward instead of reverting back to my old mindset? My only comfort is that God knows what He's doing, and that He will not let me fall back to my old ways! But i am not who i was before! :) Amen to that!!

always scary walking on my own. what will the next chapter hold? Sometimes it feels like God has more faith in us than we have in ourselves, eh?

well well well... has it been a MONTH already since i blogged?! Apologies!!!! :(

Showing an OLD friend this blogger thing. and still amazed at how transparent the "youngens" are willing to be in their blogs. I maintain my stands... the older you get, that just means you have compiled more issues and dirt... so maybe that's why we close up more as we get older? hmmm. no... please don't comment on that. :)

ok... not as creative today. Sorry... just the boring Chele coming out to get some business done today. I'll let the fun Chele come out and blog tomorrow. :)

I survived Veggie diet for a week. YEH!
MSJ Graduation today! (it's been MORE THAN TEN YEARS since my high school graudation... Ahhhhhhhhhhh! :o)
Went to Graham Cooke's conference! Go Graham! :)
HUNG out with Jess & Alice! YEH!!!!
God provided me with a *possibility* of older women mentors!!! Double Yeh! (THANK YOU FOR PRAYING FOR ME!)
